Flexible and Affordable Storage
The U-Own Storage building offers a choice of sizes from 6m2 to 32m2 and is fire proof, rodent and pest proof. Ceilings are 2.7m (ground floor) and 2.4m (all other floors). Each facility offers concrete walls, floor and ceiling (except top floor - no concrete ceiling), together with ventilation and lighting. Access is via a large goods lift with individual lock up roller shutter doors. All floors have sprinklers throughout and are well ventilated.
U-Own Storage will strictly monitor the items that can be stored in the facility making sure there are:
• No Flammable liquids unless stored in an approved container
• No operating of any businesses
• No growing of any products
• No storage of any soluble products |
